I want to love it.

The qualiity is the only thing stopping this getting a one star. the quality could not be better.. It has been completely let down by the design. YOU CANNOT ADJUST IT WITHOUT GOING UNDER THE MATRESS.
where other systems we have used have tails that you can pull to tighten the straps, someone got cute and decided tails were bad ideal so there are sliders which run back along the strap comming out from under the mattress. so what should be a matter of clipping in and pulling the straps tight, ends up as a bit of a dance to make sure that you get the straps tight enough before you start, and if you get it wrong you have to lift up the mattress to try again.
