- If a product has a defect, the customer should inform us individually and provide photographs as confirmation within seven days of receiving it.
The customer was given an item in a different color due to our error.
- If the customer encounters any of the above-mentioned issues, they must notify us and provide photo evidence within seven days of receiving the product.
- If we agree that the product is faulty or incorrect, we will provide a refund for the item. The customer must return the item in its original packaging, with no damage, to receive a refund. In this case, iDevilDesires will cover all shipping and tax costs.
