WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We strive to deliver your product as soon as possible! Please allow 3-5 business days for production time as all our products are handmade and made to order. In-stock items will typically ship out 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that the first scan may take up to 48 hours to appear, so don't worry if your package isn't immediately marked as "in transit."

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

If you miss your delivery and the package is returned to us, you have the option to pay for re-delivery or cancel your order. In the latter case, we will refund 50% of the item's cost.
